The room service was efficient, but issues with the air conditioning and door lock detracted from the experience. the hotel's outdoor dining area and terrace offered lovely views, yet the lack of a dining table in the room was inconvenient. the Wi-Fi worked well, a must for a modern traveler. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were relaxing amenities, but the flat-screen TV could have been larger for a more luxurious feel. the garden area was beautifully maintained, providing a peaceful retreat. Overall, Encosta Do Horto is a decent choice for those seeking a balance between cost and luxury. For a more refined experience, improvements in room facilities are essential. As an anthropologist passionate about Brazil's heritage, I appreciate the hotel's connection to local culture, but for the price, I expected a higher level of comfort.
